I am convinced that the hospitality industry must be profitable. Therefore, I create comprehensive business plans that include both current and feasibility analyses as well as strategic topics such as ecology, production methods, and digitalization. In doing so, I always keep an eye on the operational implementation, which is crucial for success. I support my clients in the long term as an equal partner and use my experience in change management to efficiently promote the hospitality industry.

A successful hospitality business requires a good and, above all, appropriate concept. This is where my passion comes into play! I support my clients in developing unique hospitality concepts. My focus is on employee catering and holistic area concepts. Additionally, trends emerging from digitalization, such as off-premises dining, payment systems, and digital logistics, are areas in which I am knowledgeable and see great potential.

For new constructions or changes of leaseholders, I guide the project towards a promising future with a fair and comprehensive tender. As a serious and reliable partner, I stand by my clients from the tendering process through negotiations to drafting and signing contracts. My extensive experience also makes me attractive for time-limited mandates: If necessary, I use my network to assist restaurateurs in staff recruitment or act as a neutral, solution-oriented mediator in disputes. In particularly critical cases, I also take over the interim management of operations.

With Over 60 Restaurants And 15 Different Catering Partners, Google Caters For 22’000 Employees In 36 Countries With More Than 75 Nationalities.
As A Trained Chef With A Bachelor Of The Thun Hotel Management School As Well As A Master In General Management, I Set Up, Experimented With And Created A Lot Of Projects In The Last 30 Years.
